How the Policy Works
If you find a lower rate for the same room type, booking conditions, and dates on any OTA, we kindly request that you notify us via email at reservations@pearlmarinahotel.com. Please include:
- A screenshot of the lower rate.
- A booking link from the OTA showing the details of the rate.
Once verified, we will match the lower rate and offer an additional 5% discount to ensure your satisfaction and uphold our promise.
